Product Description: To ensure a smooth cutting process, all designs should be mirrored before cutting from the reverse side. Place the vinyl side facing up and the hard plastic backing film facing down. For testing the settings, cut a small piece of vinyl and adjust the speed of the craft cutter accordingly. - For Cricut machines, use the Standard blade setting for iron-on materials. - For Silhouette Cameo machines, use blade 8, speed 8, thickness 20, and a 45-degree blade. Before Transfer: Before applying the vinyl, consider the fabric type and its suitability for iron-on application. Make sure that the fabric can withstand the required heat. Preheat the base fabric for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. When using a home iron, make sure there is no steam. Heat and Transfer: Apply heat for 20-30 seconds at a temperature of 302°F - 320°F (150°C - 160°C) with a pressure of 6.6-11 lbs (3-5kg). - For a home iron, use medium temperature and medium pressure. - For a hot press, pre-heat the machine and set it to 305°F with medium pressure. Cool Peel: Wait for 15-30 seconds for the vinyl to cool down. If any part of the iron-on vinyl lifts off, reapply heat and pressure until the entire sheet can be removed. Please note that the first cleaning should be done after 24 hours, and reverse cleaning is recommended for better results. Avoid dry cleaning and bleaching.
