Our heat transfer vinyl is widely used worldwide and is mainly used for athletic mesh fabrics, cotton, polyester and cotton blends, Lycra/spandex, textiles, bags, pillows, shirts, sportswear, aprons, hats, and more. We provide good thickness with our black vinyl roll, made of PVC material with a smooth and glossy surface. The adhesive back ensures easy weeding and application, making it suitable for new learners.

How to use black HTV vinyl?

1. Design your pattern on the computer.
2. Feed the vinyl into a cutting machine with the clear film facing down. Cut the mirror side.
3. Remove excess parts.
4. Place the graphic on the target area, ensuring a flat surface.
5. Apply heat at 302-330°F for 10-20 seconds (adjust time and temperature accordingly for a home iron).
6. Peel the film when warm. Note: Wait 24 hours before the first wash. If flipped, increase pressure and temperature and heat again.
