How to Use Heat Transfer Vinyl 1. Create your design on a computer. 2. Cut the vinyl on the dull side, with the clear film facing down. 3. Weed away the excess vinyl. 4. Position your design on the target area and apply it to your garment with a heat press at 302-320℉ for 10-20 seconds (if using a home iron, press firmly and take more time on each area). 5. Peel off the backing while warm.

Note: If any parts of the design lift after application, check the pressure and temperature settings.
