Auto Press & Auto Rotation: Set the temperature, time, and pressure value, and then start it. It will press & rotate automatically to get a full sublimation, and will auto release after completion. Modes 1-3 have the auto-rotation function, but mode 4 does not. Please select the correct press mode. If the machine works for more than 1.5h, please turn it off for 20 minutes to let it cool. The automatic tumbler press will make a noise when it presses, releases, and rotates automatically. The noise is below 60dB.

When it's heating, please place a blank tumbler in the machine to avoid attachment's damage and bubble. It's normal that the machine cannot close completely. It will auto rotate the tumbler 100°-150° after the first press and heat press again to achieve a full print.

Why the Auto Rotation Tumbler Press doesn't rotate automatically as described? Modes 1-3 have the auto-rotation function, but mode 4 does not. Please select the correct press mode.

Why the machine cannot closed completely? How can I get a full print? It's normal that the machine cannot close completely. It will auto rotate the tumbler 100°-150° after the first press and heat press again to achieve a full print.

Why the machine has a temperature difference? It's normal that there is a small temperature difference, which won't influence the sublimation result. If it's over 30℉, please reach EENOUR to get a replacement.

Does the heating attachment need replacing regularly? Can I get a free replacement? The heating attachment is consumable and needs replacing every 3-6 months, especially when it bubbles or heat improperly. If your machine is under the protection period, you will get a free replacement.
